Ingredientes:
250 gr. de tofu Zuaitzo en láminas no demasiado gruesas.
El zumo de 1 limón
Cantidad adecuada de salsa de soja
Una piza de orégano
Un poco de pimiento molida
Preparación:Marine el Tofu con el zumo de limón, la salsa de soja, el orégano y la pimienta molida. Deje reposar durante 40 minutos. Pase el Tofu marinado por la plancha o la sartén, sin aceite, durante 5 minutos. Adicione un poco más de la salsa en la que ha dejado marinar el Tofu.
